Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases from synrows.app, operated by Synrows (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

Product trial (no payment)

Synrows includes a 14-day product trial with full desktop features. No credit card is required. The trial is not a charge and is not covered by this refund policy.

14-day money-back guarantee (paid purchases)

If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date for a full refund:

  • Desktop license — one-time desktop purchase ($99 launch / $119 standard)
  • Desktop + Cloud bundle — Desktop license plus first year of Cloud ($179)
  • Cloud — first subscription payment only (monthly or yearly)

What is not refundable

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day guarantee window
  • Partial months or years after the guarantee period has passed
  • Update Pass (when available) after the guarantee window

Effect of approved refunds

  • Desktop: license key deactivated; app reverts to post-trial free tier (SQLite + demo adapters; read-only browse on other connections). Local projects are not deleted.
  • Cloud: subscription cancelled; hosted AI quota removed. BYOK and local LLM are unaffected. Desktop license (if purchased) remains valid unless separately refunded.
  • Bundle: both Desktop license and Cloud subscription are reversed per the rules above.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@synrows.app with your purchase email and Paddle receipt or order ID, or
  2. Use the View receipt link in your Paddle confirmation email, or
  3. Contact Paddle at paddle.net

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for billing matters.

This policy does not affect statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection law, including mandatory cooling-off periods where applicable.

Digital goods

Synrows sells digital licenses and subscriptions. There are no physical goods to return. License deactivation constitutes fulfilment reversal for Desktop purchases.
