Paddle billing support
Desktop and Cloud purchases are sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Use the links in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net for payment receipts and subscription management.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, email support@synrows.app with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for orders placed through Paddle checkout.
