Overview
Synrows is a desktop database workspace. Credentials, projects, and rules stay on your device unless you use cloud AI or submit website forms.
Data stored locally
- Project metadata, schema graphs, and generation rules
- Connection secrets and license keys in your OS keychain
- BYOK API keys in the keychain — never sent to Synrows servers
- Trial start date and install identifier for licensing
Synrows Cloud (optional)
Device registration at api.synrows.app stores a device ID and usage counters in Cloudflare D1.
Cloud AI requests send prompts and schema summaries only.
Payments
Paddle processes Desktop, bundle, and Cloud purchases as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects billing details; we receive customer email, transaction/subscription IDs, product purchased, and subscription status to provision licenses and cloud entitlements.
License activation stores a device fingerprint and activation timestamp in D1. Refund records may be retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Website forms
Feedback and purchase-intent forms store email and message content in D1 to respond to your request.

- Cloudflare — hosting, worker API, D1, Workers AI, R2 updates
- Paddle — payment processing
- Hugging Face — optional local model downloads
